ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME
RoboKai hosts workshops for both members and non-members on a range of STEM topics, from the basics of engineering and coding to more advanced principles of robotics such as drivetrain design and CAD modeling. Upcoming workshops are listed below.

Maker Lab Workshop:
Build a Custom Gearbox
Use a variety of 3D printed gears, shafts, and plates to build a custom gearbox and learn how different gear ratios can be use to gain a mechanical advantage for either speed or torque. Take your gearbox home after the workshop!

Maker Lab Workshop:
Bot Commander
Join us to master robot coding and take control without any controllers! You’ll learn the secrets of the VEXcode app as you program your robot to spin, drive, and dance. At the end, face off in a thrilling group challenge to see whose code can conquer the task! Get ready to be a programmer and a champion!

Program an LED Light Show
Join us to master the magic of light and become a total hardware wizard! You’ll learn the secrets of the Circuit Playground Express as you program custom animations and light shows. Grab a loaner or bring your own to design a show that reacts to your commands! Get ready to be a designer and a coder!
